Have you ever tried pickled onions on your tacos, or taco bowls? I love the little pop of acid and slight onion flavor they impart. Plus, they're just pretty :-)

I love all things pumpkin and try to bake at least on loaf, a batch of muffins, and a classic pumpkin pie sometime every autumn. I haven’t gotten started on my baking yet, saving it until after the autumn equinox, so I have so much to look forward to!
