Yes! This is great.. and so true! They say you will always regret the things you didn't do more than the things you did do - not sure who said this. When I nearly died (on the operating table - cancer) 10 years ago, I vowed to never "almost" do anything again. I have been "living" more in these last ten years than the previous 35 and it is fantastic! However, it is important to note though that part of "living" is also knowing when you need to just BE and do nothing 😊

Glad to hear that you are on the other side of having cancer Eva! 💗✨

It's fantastic, I am so happy you got through it. I know it takes a lot of courage. My dad did not make it, and I am taking that event from when I was only 20yo and turning it into something positive that keeps me going and gives my WHY in life <3

Thank you Annalisa 😊 I am sorry to hear about your dad, but happy that you've managed to turn it into a positive and use that to motivate you to live life to the full 👍

It wasn’t easy at first, but I managed to use it as an inspiration so he will be with me every day 🤍

That's synchronicity. I absolutely love it. We have to remind ourselves to enjoy life to the fullest every once in a while, that we only have one good shot at life x

Yes! And it's so easy to get lost in the worlds noise and forget about the fact we have to actually live our lives, not just exist or survive in them.

Yess! We are surrounded by so many inputs every day that we have to master the art of deleting all the noise that does not serve the unique way we want to live our life 😌

This is so true Mackenzie! We have to aim to go all the way when aiming for something we truly value and this is a courageous act. There’s no place for ‘almost’.

I loved reading this. I have recently taken a huge leap of faith and not played it safe. Moving across the world from Yorkshire to New Zealand has been a major change for me at 58 and I am embracing all that this experience is giving me x
